Since founding Techniques Dental Lab in 1984, I have dedicated my company to producing consistent high quality dental restorations backed up by outstanding customer service and technical support, and efficient turn around time. Techniques consists of one technician/owner and a small staff of highly qualified dental technicians who are dedicated to providing you, the dental professional, with only the finest in dental restorations.

The foundation of our dental laboratory is built upon quality workmanship with an emphasis on service. We understand that, with an efficient turnaround time and a consistent effort, our dental partners' chair time will be significantly reduced. By providing reliable technical support we also feel that this will assist you in the growth of your practice.

Dental Lab Service Policies

1. Techniques Dental Lab is closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

2. Rush Work (defined as work requested sooner than the provided time schedule) will carry an extra charge of $25.

3. Remakes: responsibility is limited to fitting of models poured from impressions supplied. There will be a full charge for remakes when the customer is informed of the inadvisability of proceeding, but the lab is ordered to finish the restoration. Though, we will honor ONE NO FAULT REMAKE AT NO CHARGE.

4. Payment: 30 days net from the statement date. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. A finance charge of 5% per month on accounts of over 30 days will be applied.

6. Guarantee: For a period of one year from the delivery date, if any case fails due to break down, or faulty design, we will repair or replace it at no charge. Porcelain veneers are exempt!
